Starlight Studios provides video production services, including but not limited to corporate video production, commercial video production, event videography, animation and motion graphics, live streaming services, and post-production services (the "Services"). Regarding videos and other media produced by Starlight Studios for clients, ownership and usage rights will be governed by the specific contract between Starlight Studios and the client. Unless otherwise stated in the contract, Starlight Studios retains the right to showcase the produced material in its portfolio for promotional purposes. Any specific confidentiality or non-disclosure requirements will be addressed within the individual client agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Starlight Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Starlight Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

1. The use or the inability to use this website or the Services.
2. The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from this website.
3. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
4. Statements or conduct of any third party on this website.
5. Any other matter relating to this website or the Services.

In no event shall Starlight Studios' total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this website or the Services.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this website or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial in any such dispute. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact Starlight Studios directly to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Starlight Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes to these Terms will mean you accept those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
